Anna Curran and Margaret Curran

Ann Curran died yesterday at her home, 30 Columbia Place. She was born in Ireland seventy one years ago and was a resident of Brooklyn for the past forty years. Reposing at Chapel, 115 Atlantic avenue. Funeral Saturday at 9:30 AM thence to the R.C. Church of St Charles Borromeo, Sidney place and Livingston street, where a solemn requiem mass will be celebrated by the Rev. Ambrose P. Dunnigan. Interment at St. John’s Cemetery under the direction of Jere J Cronin, Inc. Margaret Curran died Tuesday at her home, 30 Columbia Place,She was born in Ireland sixty-nine years ago and was resident of Brooklyn for the past forty years. Reposing at Chapel 115 Atlantic Avenue. Funeral Saturday at 9:30 AM thence to the R. C. Church of St. Charles Borromeo the Rev. Ambrose P. Dunnigan. Interment at St. John’s Cemetery undet the direction of Jere J. Cronin.  

Patrick Lowder

Patrick Lowder died 25/12/1931 yesterday at his home, 198 Franklin Avenue. He was born in the parish of Freemount, County Cork, Ireland and had been for forty- five years employed by the Brooklyn union Gas Company until his retirement. He was a member of St. Patrick’s Holy Name Society. He is survived by his widow Johanna; a daughter, Mrs George Heenan; two sons, Mark and Cornelius; six grandchildren and one great- grandchild. The funeral will be held at 9:30 A. M . Monday with requiem mass at the church of St Patrick. Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery under direction of James A. Madden 197 Franklin Avenue.
